Making a Booking:

  • Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or in person at our salon. When booking a service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This will be specified at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Group bookings are welcome, and the contractual relationship remains with the individual making the booking on behalf of the group. The person making the booking must ensure that all group members comply with these terms and conditions.

When booking a service with us, you agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions specified by the service provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand and agree to these additional terms before making a booking.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, you may lose your deposit and/or be charged a fee up to the full cost of the service booked.
  • In case of late arrivals, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee the full service will be provided, and you may still be charged the full amount.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business. Therefore, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients.

Missed Appointments:

  • If you miss your appointment without notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit and may be charged the full cost of the service booked.

Late Arrivals:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but we may not be able to provide the full service, and you may still be charged the full amount.

Deposit Loss:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling requests are made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to your next booking.

We reserve the right to modify or cancel your booking if necessary. If we need to cancel your booking, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of your deposit.

Gift Vouchers:

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased and redeemed at My Face Place.
  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift vouchers may be partially redeemed, and the balance used at a later date, provided it is before the expiry date.
  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • In case of payment by credit card or other accepted payment methods, the contract is concluded with the payment instruction by the customer.

Gift vouchers are a great way to treat someone special to our services. When purchasing a gift voucher, please ensure that the recipient’s details are correct. The voucher will be delivered by email to the specified recipient’s email address after the payment concludes, in a printable or presentable format containing details of the voucher amount, the voucher ID, an optional personal note, a barcode, the validity period, and contact details of the service provider it can be redeemed at.

Please note that gift vouchers are subject to legal limits in several jurisdictions, ensuring that consumers can use their gift vouchers for prescribed and lengthy periods after purchase. Your service provider may also offer additional protection for the lifetime of the gift voucher or an agreed period where no legal limit applies. Please check your gift voucher for an expiry date or contact your service provider for further information.

Stored Payment Methods:

  • Your payment information is used only for the purpose of processing payments and refunds as authorized by you.
  • Stored payment methods can be used by My Face Place to make any payments for products and services offered by us, using any payment option authorized by you.

We collect payment details, including the details of any bank account, credit card, debit card, or email address associated with any payment account when you make a payment to or request a refund from us.

Stored payment methods will not be disclosed to any third party except in accordance with these terms and conditions. Stored payment methods used to make a payment, credit, or refund will be disclosed to relevant financial institutions and payment service providers for the purposes of facilitating that payment, credit, or refund and complying with PCI DSS information security standard requirements.

You may change or remove any of your stored payment methods at any time. If you wish to change or remove any of your stored payment methods, you must notify us by contacting our Customer Support team or through other methods made available by My Face Place from time to time. Any future payments that are yet to be processed using your stored payment method may be canceled upon the removal of the stored payment method.

Reviews:

  • After your appointment, you may receive an email requesting a review of our services.
  • By submitting a review, you agree that we may publish it on our website and other marketing materials, using only your first name for confidentiality.
  • We value your feedback and appreciate your honest reviews.

Your review will help us to improve our services and provide valuable feedback to potential clients. When leaving a review, please ensure that your comments are respectful and accurate. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that contain offensive or inappropriate content.
