Cancellation Policy

At My Face Place, we strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients. To achieve this, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Late Arrivals:

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but we may not be able to provide the full service, and you may still be charged the full amount.
  • We understand that delays can happen, but we must keep appointments on schedule to accommodate all our clients. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.

Booking Changes:

  • Changes to your booking must be made at least 48 hours in advance. This includes rescheduling and cancellations.
  • To change your booking, please contact us via phone or email. You will receive confirmation of your changes once processed.

Missed Appointments:

  • If you miss your appointment without notifying us at least 48 hours in advance, you will lose your deposit and may be charged the full cost of the service booked.
  • Missing an appointment without prior notice is detrimental to our business, and it prevents other clients from booking that slot. We reserve the right to charge a fee for missed appointments.

Deposit Loss:

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations or rescheduling requests are made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
  • If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit can be applied to your next booking.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
