Clients must be aged 18 or over for any injectable treatment.

Under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021, it is a strict criminal offence in England to administer Botulinum Toxin or cosmetic dermal fillers/skin boosters to any individual under the age of 18 for cosmetic purposes. No exceptions apply, including parental consent.

In accordance with UK Trading Standards guidance, My Face Place operates a strict Challenge 25 Policy across all aesthetic injectables and age-restricted treatments.

Challenge 25 Operational Protocol

Age Assessment Trigger:

Any client requesting or booking an age-restricted aesthetic treatment who appears to be under 25 years of age must be challenged to present valid, government-issued photo identification before any consultation or treatment takes place.

Approved Forms of Identification:

• Passport (UK or International)
• Photocard Driving Licence (Full or Provisional)
• Military Identification Card
• Official Proof of Age Card bearing the PASS hologram (Proof of Age Standards Scheme)

Mandatory Refusal Conditions

• The client cannot or refuses to provide valid physical photo ID.

• By booking an appointment with My Face Place Ltd, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions, together with the specific policies set out in this manual.
• All treatments are carried out only after a suitability consultation and completion of a written or digital consent form.
• We reserve the right to refuse or postpone any treatment where it is not considered safe, suitable, or appropriate for the client, including where contraindications are identified.
• Prices are as displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change; the price confirmed at booking or consultation will be honoured for that appointment.
• Clients must disclose full and accurate medical history and any change in health, medication, or circumstances between consultation and treatment.
• Results vary between individuals; while we aim to achieve the outcome discussed at consultation, no specific cosmetic result can be guaranteed.
